Dr. Siegel received his Bachelor’s degree from Syracuse University. After getting his OD degree from the New England College of Optometry in 1977 Dr. Siegel spent a year in Boston teaching at the school’s pediatric clinic. In the summer of 1978 he moved to New Jersey where he worked at various offices obtaining extensive experience fitting contact lenses. Dr. Siegel began working with Dr. Perry Savoy part time in Jersey City in 1979 and joined the practice with his wife, Dr. Randi Savoy full time in 1986.


    Dr. Desai earned her Bachelor of Science degree from Rutgers in 1998 and received her Doctor of Optometry degree and Master of Science degree from the State University of New York, College of Optometry in 2002. She has completed a residency in Primary Care Optometry, with emphasis on Ocular Disease, at The Eye Institute, at Pennsylvania College of Optometry. Dr. Desai is a Board Certified Optometric Physician and specializes in medical Optometry. Dr. Desai has coauthored posters at the annual meetings of the American Academy of Optometry and is published in peer-reviewed journals. She is a Fellow in the American Academy of Optometry. Dr. Desai and her husband have two wonderful children and reside in Bergen County.


      Dr. Blazier graduated from Bradley University with a Bachelor of Science in cell and molecular biology and her Doctor of Optometry at Southern California College of Optometry, following this she moved to Manhattan and completed a residency through Lighthouse International and SUNY State College of Optometry specializing in low vision and ocular disease. Dr. Blazier has served as Director of Low Vision Services and clinical instructor at University Hospital associated with New Jersey Medical School for the past 3 years. She received her fellowship through the American Academy of Optometry and has several research posters for research in Vision & Ophthalmology. Dr. Blazier and her optometrist husband live on Staten Island with their beautiful dog, Baci.


        Dr. Simon graduated from Rutgers University in 2010 with a dual degree in Art History and Cell & Molecular Biology and received her Doctorate of Optometry from the State University of New York, College of Optometry in 2015. As a student, she completed internships in Pediatrics/Visual Development, Low Vision and Ocular Disease and was granted an award for Clinical Excellence and Proficiency in Low Vision upon graduation. Since completing her training Dr. Simon has been working in local private practice specializing in primary eye care and disease management. Dr. Simon and her husband are Jersey City locals and fitness fanatics.
